一、问题的提出学校是学生学习成长生活的主要场所,学生的绝大多数学习活动是在教师的组织控制下进行的。教师不当的教育行为容易引起学生的心理困扰,如厌学情绪、学习焦虑、学校恐惧、自卑孤僻等心理问题。我们把由于教师的原因对学生心理造成伤害并引起的问题,称为师源性心理问题。研究并帮助教师避免那些不当的教育行为,对提高学生的心理健康水平、提高我们的教育质量是非常有益的。目前关于学生心理健康的论著甚多,但把教师行为和学生心理健康两者结合起来的研究比较少,尤其是针对普通高中教师与学生的研究。本课
