以天津地铁1号线东延伸段奥体中心站—会展中心站区间盾构隧道工程为背景,针对该工程特殊砂层条件下盾构掘进施工技术所面临的困难,对盾构掘进施工技术进行了研究。通过盾构机适应性优化设计与改制、优化同步注浆和土体改良工艺等措施,得出适应该工程土层特性的施工工艺和参数标准,确保了成环隧道的稳定和对地面沉降的控制,并提高了盾构在此类土层掘进的施工效率。
