本文用分析系数统计指标的方法，对８个县（市）药品检验所检验人员的技术质量进行了考核并得到了满意的结果。因此，我们认为该方法，可作为一种技术质量考核的有效方法推广应用。
In this paper, we analyze the technical quality of the inspectors in the 8 county (city) drug testing institutes by means of analyzing the statistical index of the coefficient and get the satisfactory result. Therefore, we think that this method can be used as an effective method for technical quality assessment.
