2010年以来,全球针对我国纺织品服装出口产品的反倾销案件立案11起。虽然与去年来势汹汹的情况相比今年立案数量没有明显激增,但据往年经验,下半年各类贸易保护措施将会呈明显增加的趋势,我们决不能掉以轻心。年初,美国商务部公布对华窄幅织带反倾销反补贴合并调查倾销部分的初裁结果,姚明织带因积极应诉裁定没有倾销,不用征收反倾销税。这给我们带来启示。
Since 2010, the world has filed 11 anti-dumping cases against China’s textile and garment export products. Although there has been no significant increase in the number of cases filing this year compared with last year’s brutal situation, based on the experience of previous years, the trade protection measures of all kinds in the second half of this year will show a clear trend of increase. We must not take it lightly. Earlier this year, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced the preliminary findings of the dumping investigation on the merger of a narrow range of anti-dumping and anti-dumping duties on China’s flat ribbons. Yao Ribbon did not dump due to a positive response and did not impose anti-dumping duties. This brings us inspiration.
