合资企业党组织要在企业发展中有所作为,就要围绕外方人员在经营管理上不易理解和不易推动的难点多做工作。这是记者到中日合资北京东陶公司(TOTO洁具)采访后的深切感受。在外方不易理解的问题上多做工作由于外方管理人员对中方员工的思维方式、企业的社会环境不太熟悉,因此在推行管理中时常遇到他们不易理解和解决的问题。公司党支部认为,只要把这些问题作为党组织发挥作用的一个切入点,就能在企业发展中有效地发挥党组织的作用。

The party branch of the company believes that as long as these issues are taken as an entry point for the party organizations to play their role, they can effectively play the role of party organizations in the development of enterprises.
