利用国内特有天然橡胶——杜仲胶来建立橡胶粉与沥青之间的化学链接.首先通过橡胶粉干拌杜仲胶后的微观分析和宏观表象,发现杜仲胶的双键结构可以与橡胶粉的硫交联硫化;并将杜仲胶接枝于沥青氨基反应的马来酸酐,在杜仲胶与沥青之间产生化学链接.然后通过对橡胶沥青微观和路用性能,以及干法橡胶沥青混合料高低温、水稳性及力学性能进行试验,研究了杜仲胶、国外进口橡胶反应剂的改性效果.试验结果表明:杜仲胶可以促进橡胶粉的硫化,但没有建立硫化橡胶粉和沥青反应的网络,橡胶沥青混合料性能提高不明显;杜仲胶接枝马来酸酐后,建立了硫化橡胶粉与沥青的反应网络,橡胶沥青混合料性能提高明显,改性效果达到国外产品的水平.因此,杜仲胶只有通过接枝,才能真正达到使橡胶粉与沥青产生化学反应的目的,而这正是干法橡胶沥青混合料的根本.
