索力的智能化监测对缆索承重体系桥梁的安全运营有重要意义。基于索力长期监测的要求,提出一种新型光纤光栅(FBG)测力环,采用螺栓固定光纤光栅应变传感器的方式达到其可更换的目的,设计测力环上下表面凸台结构,在减少传感器数量的同时提高了测试精度。通过理论和试验两方面对光纤光栅测力索力智能监测及其温度补偿进行深入研究,根据测力环放置于锚垫板与螺母之间受拉索作用时和在处于自由状态下其自身的温度效应一致的研究结论,推导计算公式实现拉索索力温度补偿。工程应用结果表明:新型的光纤光栅测力环具有较高的测试精度,并有效地实现了温度补偿,适用于桥梁拉索索力的长期监测。
The intelligent monitoring of cable force is very important to the safe operation of the cable bearing system bridge. The engineering application shows that the new fiber grating ring has high testing accuracy and temperature compensation effectively, which is suitable for the long-term monitoring of cable tension of bridge.
