榄香烯乳(Elemene emulsion)是从中药温莪术(Gurcurma Wenyujin Y.HCHEN)的挥发油中提取的抗癌活性成分,经乳化处理而制成的乳剂注射液。体内、体外实验研究均证实该药对肿瘤细胞有直接及间接的抑制作用。临床上显示对多种肿瘤有效,并能改善病人症状,提高生活质量。为进一步了解榄香烯乳的作用机理,我们从超微结构上观察了其对人肺癌细胞株的影响。 1 材料与方法 1.1 细胞培养 选取体外人小细胞肺癌细胞株H128、SPC,人肺腺癌细胞株Anip-937、A549、Spc-A1,在含15％小牛血清的RPMI-1640培养液中常规培养传代。
Elemene emulsion is an anti-cancer active ingredient extracted from the volatile oil of Gurcurma Wenyujin Y.HCHEN and emulsified to produce an emulsion injection. In vivo and in vitro studies have confirmed that the drug has direct and indirect inhibition of tumor cells.
