谈品种属蔬菜型豌豆新品种,由四川省农科院育成、92年获农业部科技进步三等奖。已先后在南北各地试种,比美国工花大菜豌、澳大利亚大菜豌及国内地方大菜豌品种增产18~48%。它具有高产、优质、早熟、适应性广、商品性好,经济效益高等优点。株高70厘米,花白色,嫩荚翠绿色,荚长12~15厘米,宽3厘米,干籽粒白绿色。其嫩荚象扁豆一样,连荚炒食,无扁豆青气味,且香甜脆嫩,化渣爽口。青荚生育期77~130天,一般亩产500公斤。 栽培要点:选择水源条件好的中等土壤,冬播10月底至11月初,春播3月下旬至4月上旬,夏播6月上旬至7月下旬。株行距20×45厘米,每穴播1~2粒种子,条播不宜过密。间套作行距的大小以不翻茎为准。有条件的地方,
