First, the development of kindergarten health curriculum ideas - from a single content and form to the system of organization and strategy of the 1920s is the world health education to develop period. In 1916, Holt and L.H advocated the establishment of a children’s health education group to conduct systematic health education from kindergarten to secondary school. In the late 1920s, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology stipulated that health education should be made up of two parts, “primary education” and “health training”.
