历经8次审议和广泛讨论的《中华人民共和国物权法》(以下简称《物权法》)终于在十届全国人大五次会议上以高票通过,并将于今年10月1日起实施。该部法律的通过,标志着是我国社会主义市场经济体制建设和政治文明建设再次迈出了重要一步,对我国社会、经济、金融发展都具有重要的里程碑意义。
The “Property Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as the “Property Law”), which has been reviewed and extensively discussed eight times, has finally passed with high votes at the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress and will come into effect on October 1 this year. The passage of the law marks another important step for China’s socialist market economic system and political civilization construction and has an important milestone for China’s social, economic and financial development.
