磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号传导通路具有重要的细胞调节功能,对肿瘤的发生、发展也发挥着重要的作用。本文主要探讨PI3K/Akt信号转导途径与妇科肿瘤的关系。

Phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase / protein kinase B (PI3K / Akt) signaling pathway has important cell regulatory function, also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors. This article mainly discusses the relationship between PI3K / Akt signal transduction pathway and gynecologic oncology.
