党的十一届三中全会以来,农村经济政策进行了重要的调整。在新形势下,生产大队的医疗制度和组织形式怎样进行调整,赤脚医生队伍怎样才能稳定,他们的劳动、工作和学习如何安排,怎样合理解决他们的包产任务、劳动报酬,怎样正确认识、对待和调动赤脚医生的积极性,这些都是需要认真研究解决的新问題。浙江省普陀县赤脚医生蒋信章同志给本刊写信,要求讨论这些问题。我们认为,他的意见很好,通过讨论可以提高认识,统一思想,交流经验,有利于正确对待和合理解决这些问题。今将蒋信章同志的来信全文刊登出来,作为讨论的开始,希望我省和兄弟省的广大赤脚医生同志们,解放思想,开动脑筋,联系实际,踊跃发表意见。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, important adjustments have been made in rural economic policies. Under the new circumstances, how can the health care system and organizational form of the production team be adjusted, how can the barefoot doctors be stable, how their labor, work, and learning be arranged, how to reasonably resolve their production tasks, labor compensation, and how to correctly understand and treat them? And mobilizing the enthusiasm of barefoot doctors are all new issues that need to be carefully studied and resolved. Comrade Jiang Xinzhang, a doctor of bare feet in Putuo County, Zhejiang province, wrote a letter to the journal asking him to discuss these issues. We believe that his opinions are very good. Through discussion, one can raise awareness, unify ideas, exchange experiences, and help correct and reasonable solutions to these problems. The full text of Comrade Jiang Xinzhang’s letter is published today. As the beginning of the discussion, the majority of bare-footed doctors in our province and brother province hope to emancipate the mind, use their brains, connect with reality, and actively express their opinions.
