现代学徒制是产教融合的基本制度载体和有效实现形式,也是国际上职业教育发展的基本趋势和主导模式。在我国,向老牌制造业国家学习引入现代学徒制的人才培养模式,是对传统工学结合人才培养模式的一种递进,有助于提高职业学校的人才培养质量,也有助于企业的发展,解决企业招工难等问题,乃至可以为服务区域经济产业升级作出贡献。若要实现现代学徒制人才培养模式在我国更好的发展,需要政府、企业、学校的共同努力。
The modern apprenticeship is the carrier of the basic system of integration of industry and education and the effective realization of the form. It is also the basic trend and the dominant mode of the development of vocational education in the world. In our country, the introduction of modern apprenticeship talent training model to old manufacturing countries is a gradual progress in the combination of traditional work-study and personnel training mode, which helps to improve the quality of personnel training in vocational schools and also contributes to the development of enterprises. Resolve difficult problems such as recruitment of enterprises, and even can contribute to the upgrading of the service area of economic and industrial. To achieve a better development of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode in our country, we need the joint efforts of the government, enterprises and schools.
