December 11, 2012, “Heilongjiang Province, military ambitions” final meeting held in the provincial military region. Attended the meeting were: director of Provincial Local Records Office, provincial executive editor in chief editor in chief, director of the Military Commission of Final Appeal Sui Yan, deputy chief of staff of the provincial military region, deputy director of the military leading group Liu Fengqi, deputy director of the Provincial Local Records Office, Deputy editor in chief of editorial board, deputy director of the military end-of-committee review committee, Yuan Jianxun, expert on the province’s end-of-book trial, director of the Military Military Command Office of the provincial military region, and Li Chunming, chief editor of the military commander.
