抗生素作为饲料添加剂使用以来,许多抗生素的饲用效果己被证实。但随之产生的动物肠道正常菌群失调、耐药性和药物残留等问题对人体造成了危害。益生素制剂是一种天然的生物活性制剂,具有无毒、无抗药性、无残留和无不良反应的特点。益生素具有保健、促进生长和提高饲料利用率等功效。主要从益生素的作用机制、作用效果及在水产动物中的研究等方面对其进行阐述。
