山东塑料工业经过几十年的发展,特别是自“六五”时期以来,在有关部门的大力支持下,得到了长足的发展,其产品广泛应用于工业、农业、建筑业、交通运输业、电子、电器、包装等行业,已成为山东省国民经济的一个支柱行业。据不完全统计,截止1995年底,全省塑料制品总生产能力已达181万吨,拥有各种塑料加工设备1万余台(套),其主要技术经济指标处于全国同行业上游水平,制品总产量位居全国第二位。但是,从目前和长远观点看,塑料制品工业还存在许多问题,主要是:(1)塑料制品生产能力过大,现有能力得不到充分发挥:
After decades of development, Shandong Plastics Industry, especially since the “6th Five-Year Plan” period, has achieved considerable development with the support of relevant departments. Its products are widely used in industry, agriculture, construction, transportation, Electronics, electrical appliances, packaging and other industries have become a pillar industry in Shandong’s national economy. According to incomplete statistics, by the end of 1995, the total production capacity of plastic products in the province had reached 1.81 million tons, with more than 10,000 plastic processing equipment (sets), and its main technical and economic indicators were at the level of the upstream of the same industry in the country. The output ranks second in the country. However, from the current and long-term perspective, there are still many problems in the plastic products industry, mainly: (1) The production capacity of plastic products is too large, and existing capabilities cannot be fully utilized:
