上海市广播电视局首届科学技术代表大会于10月13日隆重召开。广电部副部长何栋材、上海市副市长龚学平以及有关各方领导、上海电台、东方电台、上海电视台、上海东方电视台、上海有线电视台负责人、技术中心科以上干部、高级工程师等200余人参加了会议。会议由副局长金国祥主持,局长叶志康致开幕词,江苏厅副厅长王蕴代表江苏、浙江、安徽、福建等兄弟省广播电视厅致贺词。
Shanghai Radio and Television Bureau’s first scientific and technological congress was held on October 13. He Dongcao, Vice Minister of Radio and Television Department, Gong Xueping, Vice Mayor of Shanghai Municipality, as well as more than 200 people including leaders of all parties, leaders of Shanghai Radio Station, Oriental Radio Station, Shanghai TV Station, Shanghai Oriental Television Station, Shanghai Cable TV Station, cadres and senior engineers of Technology Center, meeting. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Commissioner Jin Guoxiang. Director Yip Chi-kong delivered an opening speech. Wang Yun, deputy director of Jiangsu Department, delivered a message of congratulation on behalf of the Radio and Television Office of Jiangsu Province, such as Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and Fujian.
