在很多院校的学生里学生学习成绩不好的主要原因是学生的学习态度消极,惰性比较大造成的,这既是学生自身的问题,也是教师教育方式的问题,教师教学方式需要一个新的方向,更加提倡学生的独立思考能力和分析判断能力使学生具有发现问题和解决问题的能力,让学生真正的融入到学习当中,让学生从心里喜爱学习。这就对教师的教学能力有了新的要求,教师要最大程度的发挥学生的积极性、主动的参与进来,摒弃传统的授课方式,讲台不再是教师一个人的舞台,把讲台转变为大家的,调动起每一个学习的学习积极性。
