观赏蔬菜是指某些具有优雅的株姿、奇特的外形、绚丽的色泽,既可作为蔬菜食用,又有极强观赏价值,可当作微型盆景的蔬菜品种。这些蔬菜以其具有观赏、食用、绿化、美化环境等多种功能而受到人们的喜爱,市场前景十分诱人。2000年我们引进了多个观赏蔬菜品种,经3年的种植试验,取得了成功。下面将几种常见的观赏蔬菜盆栽品种及栽培要点介绍如下。1.盆栽番茄选用小型品种,其株高20厘米,株冠15厘米。枝展自然成荫,果实小巧玲珑,口感好,可用作配菜或当水果食用。
Ornamental vegetables refers to some of the elegant Zhu Zi, peculiar shape, brilliant color, both as a vegetable consumption, but also highly ornamental value, can be used as a miniature bonsai varieties of vegetables. These vegetables are loved by people because of their many functions such as ornamental, edible, afforestation, landscaping and so on. The market prospect is very attractive. In 2000 we introduced a number of ornamental vegetable varieties, after three years of planting test, and achieved success. The following will be several common ornamental vegetable potted varieties and cultivation points are as follows. 1. Potted tomato selection of small varieties, the plant height of 20 cm, 15 cm crown. Branches naturally shaded, small and exquisite fruit, taste good, can be used as a side dish or when the fruit consumption.
