以邻苯二胺为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定藜蒿硒含量,在335 nm处吸光值与硒含量之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 7).不同生长期藜蒿硒含量在85.920～275.738 μg/g之间,加标平均回收率为98.55%,RSD(相对标准偏差)为0.21%.藜蒿叶中硒含量以5月份最高,茎中硒含量以7月份最高,总硒含量随着植株的成熟而增加.
