高清红,四岁起即随外祖母、母亲学做剪纸,是第六代传人。至今刻刻剪剪已有三十余年,是工艺美术大师、非物质文化杰出传承人。现任大同市人大代表、大同市民间剪纸艺术协会主席、广灵县民间剪纸协会会长、中国文化促进会剪纸委员会理事、山西省民间剪纸艺术协会副会长、大同市国际青年技术培训基地负责人、山西基地首席执行官。其作品在全国各类大赛中荣获多项金奖,并被华夏等博物馆收藏。代表作有《九龙图》、《花开富贵》、《清明上河图》等。2003年她被国家
