先对我国历年房地产调控梳理并分5阶段分析其特点,探讨调控效果不足的原因,指出政策时滞性明显、中央地方博弈调控、政府调控住房供需关系不力,最后针对不足给出了建议。
Firstly, it analyzes the characteristics of regulation and control of real estate in our country over the past five years and analyzes the characteristics of the regulation in five stages. The reasons for the lack of regulation result are pointed out. It points out that the policy lags obviously, the regulation of the central government and the ineffective relationship between government regulation and control of housing supply and demand give suggestions.
