化学课程是师范学校的基础课程,新课程理念下师范学校化学课堂教学强调学生学习方式的改变,提高学生自主学习、合作学习及探究式学习的能力,加强学生之间、师生之间的互动学习。在课程改革的新形势下,本文依据管理理论与管理原则,从决策、计划、组织、控制等方面对师范学校化学课堂教学进行管理分析,充分论证了师范学校化学课堂教学管理的必要性。
