高职院校是培养从事生产、管理和服务第一线的高技能人才,在这一过程中校内实训基地起着重要的作用。结合我院机电实训基地的实际运行情况,建立了专兼职实训管理员办法,网络登记管理库房物品办法与内部管理制度。科学的实训室管理制度与方法使之在高技能人才培养过程中发挥了积极作用。
Vocational colleges are training highly skilled personnel engaged in the front line of production, management and service. In this process, the training base within the university plays an important role. Combined with the actual operation of mechanical and electrical training base in our hospital, established a part-time training manager approach, network registration and management of warehouse items and internal management system. Scientific training room management system and methods to make it in the process of training highly skilled personnel has played an active role.
