由重庆仪表材料研究所组织的,冲天炉铁水连续测温装置使用经验交流、讨论会,于1981年5月21~23日在武汉市召开。参加这次会议的有南方十省一市的厂矿、科研、高等院校等单位的代表60多人。会议期间,四川东方汽轮机厂的代表,介绍了他们两年多来,利用该铁水测温装置,比较系统地摸清了炉子的工况,特别是前炉铁水温度与后炉操作的关系。通过对前炉和铁水包温度—时间关系曲线的分析,积累了较丰富的数据和经验,较严格地控制了操作工艺,提高了铸件质量,降低了焦比,取得了较显著的经济效果。上海汽轮机厂、四川锅炉厂、四川宁
Organized by the Chongqing Institute of Instrumentation, Cupola hot metal continuous temperature measurement device to use experience exchange, seminars, in May 1981 May 21 ~ 23 held in Wuhan. More than 60 representatives from factories, mines, research institutes and institutions of higher learning in the ten provinces and one city in the south attended the conference. During the meeting, representatives from Dongfang Steam Turbine Factory of Sichuan introduced their use of the hot metal temperature measuring device for more than two years to find out the operating conditions of the furnace systematically, especially the relationship between the temperature of hot metal and the operation of the after-furnace. Through the analysis of the temperature-time curve of the forehearth and ladle, we have accumulated rich data and experience, controlled the operation process more strictly, improved the casting quality, reduced the coke ratio, and achieved remarkable economic results.
