目的 监测冠心病患者血浆中载脂蛋白M (ApoM )的水平 ,了解ApoM与其他脂蛋白或载脂蛋白的关系。方法 应用Dot Blotting技术检测 70例冠心病患者及 85例健康志愿者血浆中ApoM的水平 ,酶法及比浊法检测冠心病患者血浆中载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、脂蛋白a(Lpa)、总三酸甘油酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)以及空腹血糖 (Glu) ;比较冠心病患者和健康志愿者血浆中ApoM的水平 ,对ApoM与其他脂蛋白的关系进行相关性分析。结果 冠心病患者血浆中ApoM的水平为 (3 .3 55± 0 .12 2 2 )ODu·mm- 2 ,明显高于健康志愿者 (2 .0 97± 0 .0 5988)ODu·mm- 2 (P <0 .0 1) ,与ApoAI(r=-0 .2 42 3 ,P =0 .0 43 3 )、LDL C ApoB(r =-0 .2 481,P =0 .0 3 83 )、LDL C(r =-0 .2 60 8,P =0 .0 2 92 )相关。健康志愿组血浆ApoM与HDL C (r =0 .3 4 69,P =0 .0 0 95)、HDL C ApoAI(r =0 .414 6,P =0 .0 0 16)相关。结论 ApoM可能参与了体内的胆固醇代谢 ,并与冠心病的形成与发展有关
Objective To monitor the plasma levels of apolipoprotein M (ApoM) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and to understand the relationship between ApoM and other lipoproteins or apolipoproteins. Methods Dot blotting assay was used to detect plasma ApoM levels in 70 patients with coronary heart disease and 85 healthy volunteers. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and turbidimetric assay were used to detect plasma ApoAI, ApoB, Lpa, TG, HDL C, LDL C and Glu in patients with coronary heart disease and healthy volunteers ApoM plasma levels of the relationship between ApoM and other lipoproteins were analyzed. Results The level of ApoM in plasma of patients with coronary heart disease was (3.35 ± 0.12 2 2) ODu · mm-2, which was significantly higher than that of healthy volunteers (2.097 ± 0.05988) ODu · mm-2 (P <0.01), but not with ApoAI (r = -0.242 3, P = 0.043 3), LDL C ApoB (r = -0.2481, P = 0.303 83) , LDL C (r = -0.260 8, P = 0.022 2). In the healthy volunteer group, plasma ApoM was associated with HDL C (r = 0.3469, P = 0.0605) and HDL C ApoAI (r = 0.14146, P = 0.060). Conclusion ApoM may be involved in cholesterol metabolism in vivo and is related to the formation and development of coronary heart disease
