药物组成地黄300g,黄芩60g,土鳖虫(炒30)g,桃仁120g,熟大黄300g,水蛭(制)60g,苦杏仁(炒)120g,干漆(煅)30g,甘草90g,白芍120g,蛴螬(炒45)g,虻虫(去翅足,炒)45g。功能主治活血破瘀,通经消痞。用于瘀血内停,腹部肿块,肌肤甲错,目眶黯黑,潮热羸瘦,经闭不行。用法用量口服。水蜜丸3g/次,小蜜丸3～6丸/次,大蜜丸1～2丸/次,1～2次/日。
