班级是由学生和老师共同组成的集体。学生是班级的主人,老师是班级的管理者。老师对班级和同学的热爱,可以影响到对班级的管理,同样,同学对老师和班级的喜爱,也会影响到班级的管理。因此,班级需要老师和同学共同管理,以班主任为主要管理者,同学为辅助管理者,创造和谐的班级氛围。因此,为了创建更好的班级,就要分析目前班级管理出现的问题。所以本文主要分析一下班级管理目前存在的问题以及解决对策。
Class is a collective of students and teachers. The student is the master of the class and the teacher is the manager of the class. The teacher’s love of classes and classmates can affect the management of classes. Similarly, classmates’ love of teachers and classes can also affect class management. Therefore, the class requires teachers and students to manage together, with the class teacher as the main manager, students as an assistant manager, to create a harmonious class atmosphere. Therefore, in order to create a better class, we must analyze the current problems in class management. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the existing problems in class management and solutions.
