目的研究海洋微生物FI M03-1149产生的抗真菌活性物质。方法对产生菌进行分类鉴定。发酵产物用有机溶媒提取具有抗真菌活性的化合物,采用硅胶柱层析和制备性HPLC等方法分离纯化到活性化合物FW03-1149,通过理化性质测定和质谱分析FW03-1149的结构。结果与结论产生菌定名为Micromonospora sp.FI M03-1149。抗真菌活性组分FW03-1149与新抑锈病素(neorustmicin)同质,具有较强的抗真菌作用。
Objective To study the antifungal active substances produced by marine microorganisms FI M03-1149. Methods Identification of strains of bacteria. Fermentation products The compounds with antifungal activity were extracted with organic solvent. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structure of FW03-1149 was determined by physico-chemical properties and mass spectrometry. Results and Conclusions The producing bacteria were named Micromonospora sp. FI M03-1149. The antifungal active ingredient FW03-1149 is homogeneous with neorustmicin and has a strong antifungal effect.
