现代心理学鼻祖弗洛伊德(Sigmund Freud)的得意门生荣格(Carl Jung),经常以下面的故事说明轻松拥有:从前有个村落,已经连续五年大旱。村民请过许多著名的治灾者,但是他们都不能让老天下雨。村民想尽了办法,最后从远方请来一位卓越的治灾者。这位治灾者来到村落以后,只是撑起一个帐篷,独自躲在里面待了四天。到了第五天,甘霖普降,滋润了龟裂焦干的大地。村民问这位治灾者如何创造出这个奇效。治灾者回答:“我什么也没做。”村民对他的说法大感惊异,说道:“这怎么会呢?你才来四天,老天爷就开始下雨了。”治灾者解释说:“我来到这个地方,注意到的第一件事是:你们村落的一切与大自然不协调。所以我花了四天的工夫让自己与上天和谐,而后便开始降雨了。”
