为了努力推进上饶县的课堂教学改革,使我们上饶县的教育教学走在改革的前头,徐局长等教育局领导高度重视,深入教学一线,指导课改。作为上饶县的一名教师,打造高效的语文课堂需要我们立足于教材、立足于学生,努力营造宽松、民主的教学氛围;让学生积极参与学习语文,实现有效的、多向的、高质量的互动。我认为建设合作学习小组,开展合作学习是提高语文课堂教学效率的重要途径之一。
In order to promote the reform of classroom teaching in Shangrao County and to make our education and teaching in Shangrao County take the lead in the reform, leaders of the Education Bureau, such as Secretary Xu, attach great importance to deepening teaching and guiding the curriculum reform. As a teacher in Shangrao County, building an effective Chinese class requires us to be based on the teaching materials, base ourselves on students, and strive to create a relaxed and democratic teaching atmosphere; to actively involve students in language learning so as to achieve effective, multidirectional and high-quality interactive. I think the construction of cooperative learning group, to carry out cooperative learning is to improve the efficiency of language teaching an important way.
