When ushered in the fourth decade of the 1990s, we would like to extend greetings to the majority of the authors and readers of this issue to the comrades and friends who are engaged in and care about China’s primary health care at home and abroad! The provinces, cities, and counties that have met the “primary standards” and “substantial standards” in primary health care work express their warm congratulations! From the 30th World Health Assembly in 1977, the historic resolution of “Health Care for Everyone in 2000” has passed.
