CO_2加富和短期昼间亚高温对温室嫁接黄瓜植株生长和光合作用的影响

以温室嫁接黄瓜为试材,设亚高温、CO_2加富+亚高温、CO_2加富+常温3个处理,以常温管理为对照(CK),研究了CO_2加富和短期昼间亚高温对植株长势、产量和光合作用的影响,以期为温室黄瓜生产中合理施用CO_2、调控温度提供理论依据。结果表明:各处理对嫁接黄瓜的株高、茎粗、单瓜生长速度和产量均有显著影响,处理25d后CO_2加富+亚高温处理在株高、茎粗、瓜长和瓜粗生长速度及产量上,分别显著高于对照37%、19%、15%、21%和38%,CO_2加富+常温处理除瓜长、瓜粗生长速度与亚高温+CO_2处理差异不显著外,其余均显著低于亚高温+CO_2处理,各指标均显著高于亚高温处理和对照。CO_2加富+亚高温处理、CO_2加富+常温处理和CK对黄瓜叶片净光合速率日变化影响均呈双峰曲线,高峰值分别在10:00和14:00时,其中在10:00时,各处理的净光合速率为CO_2加富+亚高温>CO_2加富+常温>CK>亚高温,亚高温处理的黄瓜叶片净光合速率日变化影响均呈单峰曲线;各处理对黄瓜叶片蒸腾速率日变化影响呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在12:00左右达到最高值,蒸腾速率分别为CO_2加富+亚高温>常温+CO_2加富>亚高温>CK;黄瓜叶片的胞间CO_2浓度随着时间的变化呈先降低后升高、再降低后升高的“W”趋势。 The greenhouse cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) was used as the test material, and hypothermia, CO_2 enrichment + sub-high temperature, CO_2 enrichment + normal temperature treatment were used to study the effects of CO_2 enrichment and short- Growth, yield and photosynthesis, with a view to provide a theoretical basis for the rational use of CO_2 in the greenhouse cucumber production, temperature regulation.
