本文首先对河北省普通高校课外体育活动开展现状进行调查研究,并且就“阳光体育运动”在我省普通高校开展的情况进行调查分析,针对这些现状问题,提出了建立多元化课外体育活动体系,并加以实践。最后,笔者结合自身的教学经验,查阅相关文献,就如何在普通高校推进“阳光体育运动”进行探究分析,提出了几点应对策略,给广大高校和同仁今后的体育教学提供一定的指导意义。
In this paper, we investigate the current situation of extracurricular sports activities in ordinary colleges and universities in Hebei Province, and conduct an investigation and analysis on the situation of “Sunshine Sports ” in colleges and universities in our province. In response to these problems, we propose to establish a diversified extracurricular sports activities System, and to practice. Finally, the author combined with his own teaching experience, access to relevant literature, on how to promote “Sunshine Sports ” in ordinary colleges and universities to explore and analyze, put forward some coping strategies, to the general university and colleagues in the future of physical education to provide some guidance significance.
