消除输送管道内原油是一项风险性很大的技术课题,一不注意就有可能发生凝管的恶性事故。国内清扫管道内原油的常规是采用热水顶油的办法,但要在管道末端对含水污油进行处理,脱掉油中水分;且易造成环境污染;同时需增设一套临时设施(包括水源、水泵、储水罐及加热设备等)。我们在实践中采用了压缩风推送跟踪隔离清管器清扫管内原油的办法,此种方法清扫的很干净,投资也省。
Eliminating the crude oil in the pipeline is a risky technical issue, and one may pay attention to the possibility of malignant coagulation. Domestic conventional crude oil pipeline cleaning is the use of hot oil top of the oil approach, but at the end of the pipe for the treatment of water-based sewage oil, take off the oil in the water; and easily lead to environmental pollution; also need to set up a temporary facilities (including water , Pumps, storage tanks and heating equipment, etc.). In practice, we use a compressed air push trace isolated pig to clean the crude oil in the pipe. This method is very clean and saves investment.
