为了减少田间残膜带来的不利影响,更好地回收残膜,设计了一种残膜回收装置。该装置和夹持链式花生收获机配套使用,包括残膜粉碎和残膜回收两道工序。设计的残膜回收装置可以大大提高收获机的工作质量,收获的同时实现残膜和茎秆的分离,提高茎秆的回收利用率。
In order to reduce the adverse effects caused by residual film in the field and to better recover the residual film, a residual film recovery device was designed. The device and the holding chain peanut harvester supporting the use of, including the residual membrane crushing and residual membrane recovery two processes. The designed residual membrane recycling device can greatly improve the working quality of the harvester, and at the same time, the separation of the residual film and the stalks can be realized and the recycling rate of the stalks can be increased.
