误区一:认为加入世贸组织就等于立即全面开放市场,就等于我国实行自由市场经济 这些顾虑是对世贸组织不了解所造成的。比如“入世”对石油化工行业有较大冲击,几十万油田工人的就业问题会受到影响。根据分析,现在我国石油的生产成本比较高,1998年我国生产一桶原油的平均成本是13.3美元,国际上平均是8.98美元一桶,中东地区是2美元左右一桶,国际上原油的价格、成本比我国低得多。
