目的建立气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法研究渔用麻醉剂MS-222电子轰击电离的裂解途径的分析方法。方法针对MS-222,采用电荷和游离基理论,解释主要碎片离子的裂解机制。结果 MS-222经电子轰击电离产生特征碎片离子m/z 150、137、120和93;分子离子以饱和氧和不饱和氧为电荷/游离基中心引发α断裂和酯基上伴随γ重排的β断裂,碎片离子进一步发生简单α裂、消除反应等反应,产生相应的特征碎片离子。结论电子轰击电离结合GC-MS/MS可用于鱼类麻醉剂MS-222的质谱断裂机制研究,方法简便,可推广到其他鱼类麻醉剂的研究中去。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the analysis of the cleavage pathway of fishery anesthetic MS-222 by ion bombardment using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS). Methods For MS-222, the charge and radical theory was used to explain the cleavage mechanism of the major fragment ions. Results The MS-222 ion bombardment generated characteristic fragment ions m / z 150, 137, 120 and 93. The molecular ions initiated saturation of the α-fragmentation and ester rearrangement with saturated oxygen and unsaturated oxygen as charge / radical centers β fracture, fragment ions further simple α-crack, eliminating reaction and other reactions, resulting in the corresponding characteristic fragment ions. Conclusion Electron impact ionization coupled with GC-MS / MS can be used to study the mechanism of mass spectrometry cleavage of fish anesthetic MS-222. The method is simple and can be generalized to other fish anesthetic agents.
