翻阅集邮报刊时,发现集邮者经常关注的几个问题是:在邮局买不到邮票了,邮票只在邮票公司出售,而且刚发行时只卖一天。现在,贴邮票、投信筒的信件,已极其罕见;带邮票的实寄封,很难见到。邮票市场日见萧条,新票高开低走,除几十年前的老票外,一些新票一再打折、降价。因而不少集邮者提建议,发议论,但谁也找不出好办法。

When I read the philatelic newspapers, I found that several issues frequently overlooked by collectors are that they can not buy stamps at the post office. The stamps are only sold at the stamp companies and are sold for only one day. It is extremely rare for stamps and letters to be posted now; it is hard to see the actual postal stamps with stamps. The stamp market has seen depression, with new votes going high. In addition to the old votes of a few decades ago, some new tickets were discounted at a discount. Therefore, many philatelics make suggestions and send comments, but no one can find a good solution.
