众所周知,建筑业市场竞争激烈,不少建筑企业为了维持或占有更多的市场份额,从多种渠道降低企业成本,因而做好财务预算管理则显得尤为重要。财务预算管理能够科学合理地分配、控制财务资源,组织、协调企业生产经营活动,严格控制支出,进而实现经营目标。本文阐述了建筑企业财务预算管理的内涵及重要作用,并针对其现存问题提出了对策建议。
As we all know, intense competition in the construction market, many construction companies in order to maintain or occupy more market share, reduce business costs from multiple channels, so good financial budget management is particularly important. The financial budget management can allocate and control the financial resources scientifically and rationally, organize and coordinate the production and business activities of the enterprises, strictly control the expenditures and achieve the business objectives. This article expounds the connotation and the important role of financial budget management in construction enterprises, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for its existing problems.
