[目的]观察疏血通与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及安全性。[方法]将66例急性脑梗死随机分为两组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用疏血通与奥扎格雷钠,对照组在常规治疗基础上只加用奥扎格雷钠,不用疏血通。[结果]治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。[结论]疏血通与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗急性脑梗死可提高临床疗效,用药安全,未见明显严重不良反应。
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuxuetong combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. [Methods] 66 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Shuxuetong and Ozagrel sodium on the basis of routine treatment. The control group was given only sodium ozagrel on the basis of routine treatment. Blood Tong. [Results] The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. [Conclusion] Shuxuetong combined with ozagrel sodium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve clinical efficacy, medication safety, no obvious serious adverse reactions.
