韩礼德建构系统功能语法的目的之一是为语篇分析研究提供一个分析框架。而目前国内用语言学理论特别是系统功能语法理论来分析文学作品的做法相对来说还不多见。本文尝试运用系统功能语法中的言语功能来分析田纳西.威廉姆斯的戏剧《欲望号街车》的第二幕,旨在揭示戏剧的主题思想,分析人物的心理活动;从而希望通过本文的讨论分析来检验系统功能语法在文学作品分析中的可操作性。
One of the purposes of Halliday’s construction of system functional grammar is to provide an analytical framework for discourse analysis research. At present, the domestic use of linguistic theory, especially the theory of functional grammar to analyze literary works is relatively rare. This article tries to analyze the second act of Tennessee Williams’ play “Streetcar Named Desire” with the function of speech in systematic functional grammar to reveal the theme of drama and to analyze the psychological activities of characters. Therefore, I hope that through the discussion of this article Analysis to test the operability of system functional grammar in literary works analysis.
