随着时间的推移,全球金融危机的负面影响也逐渐显现出来。特别是2008年下半年以来,这场席卷全球的金融海啸愈演愈烈,全球经济环境急剧恶化。资源型城市是依托当地自然资源的优势,通过矿产和能源的开采与经营而兴建或者发展起来的城市。以自然资源为主线的产业链在当地经济结构中占有重要的地位,但随着自然资源的枯竭,这类城市陷入“矿竭城衰”的境地,于是未来的发展已经成为备受关注的问题。金融危机的爆发给资源型城市的发展敲响了警钟。如何利用此次金融危机中产业结构暴露出来的问题实现资源型城市的产业结构转型?本文通过对徐州的产业结构和金融危机的影响的分析,,旨在为徐州经济发展的宏观决策提供参考。
