本文利用数据包络分析法(DEA模型)和Malmquist生产率指数对我国近年来的工业效率变动进行了总体分析和评价,同时结合使用聚类分析方法分别对2005—2007年我国大陆30个省、自治区和直辖市在资源、环境约束下的工业效率进行分析和评价,并在此基础上提出提高工业生产效率、缓解资源环境约束的对策。
In this paper, we use data envelopment analysis (DEA model) and Malmquist productivity index to carry on the overall analysis and appraisal to the industrial efficiency in our country in recent years. At the same time we use the cluster analysis method to analyze the change of industrial efficiency in 30 provinces and autonomous regions And municipalities in the resources and environment constraints under the analysis of industrial efficiency and evaluation, and on this basis to raise industrial production efficiency and ease the constraints of resources and the environment.
