粗骨料含量对混凝土渗透性影响试验

细观结构下,混凝土可看成由水泥砂浆体、骨料及两者的界面区共同组成的三项复合材料。由于三相组成渗透性能的不同,混凝土中骨料含量的变化势必要影响混凝土的渗透性能。研究在水泥砂浆体和四种不同骨料含量混凝土快速渗透试验的基础上,结合混凝土三维骨料分布模型,对快速渗透试验结果进行了对比和模型分析,研究了骨料含量对混凝土渗透性能的影响。结果表明:尽管骨料的增加使界面区也随之增加,但是骨料含量对混凝土渗透性能的影响还是占据了主导作用,骨料含量的增加将减小混凝土的渗透性能;混凝土的骨料三维分布模型可以通过混凝土切片图进行重建,氯离子渗透扩散可采用差分模型进行模拟,其分析结果与试验结果一致。 Meso-structure, concrete can be seen as cement mortar body, aggregate and the interface between the two components of the three composite materials. Due to the different permeability of three-phase composition, the change of aggregate content in concrete is bound to affect the permeability of concrete. Based on the rapid infiltration test of cement mortar and four kinds of concrete with different aggregate content and the three-dimensional aggregate distribution model of concrete, the rapid infiltration test results were compared and the model was analyzed. The effects of aggregate content on the permeability of concrete influences. The results show that although the increase of aggregate increases the interfacial area, the influence of aggregate content on the permeability of concrete still plays a dominant role. The increase of aggregate content will reduce the permeability of concrete. The three-dimensional The distribution model can be reconstructed through the concrete slice map. The chloride ion diffusion can be simulated by the difference model, and the analysis result is consistent with the experimental results.
