作为一名数学教师,要始终把如何培养和开发学生的学习兴趣作为思考、探讨的问题。一个对数学感兴趣的学生,他会主动地、愉快地去努力求知,会乐而不倦地勤奋学习,会不厌其烦地摸索、探究。教学的要旨不仅仅是传授知识,更重要的是要激励学生求知的兴趣和欲望。教师要想方设法鼓励学生全程参与,抓住学生的闪光点,及时给予鼓励,增强自信心。学生树立起学习的信心,有了自信心,培养学生的学习兴趣就不难了。下面仅就如何在数学课堂教学中,培养小学生学习
