小组合作学习是为学生的探索和合作交流提供了有力的保证,但也带来了一些困惑,下面结合笔者在实施小组合作学习过程中的得失谈几点启示.一、小组合作学习的困惑1.如何处理好独立学习和合作学习的关系.合作学习非常重要,但如果数学少了独立的思考,那就少了数学本身的魅力,无法使学生的思维得到更大限度的拓展,所以什么问题需要合作,怎样合作便成了教师迫切需要解决的问题,笔者觉得在以下几个环节可以进行合作学习.
