讨论综合利用磷酸淤浆生产MAP的可能性,文中介绍了宏福磷矿生产的含淤浆磷酸,用其生产MAP的组成理论值和实验值,与MAP国标对比,说明利用含淤浆磷酸生产MAP完全可能。并指出:应注意选择磷酸与淤浆的适宜配比,根据生产MAP的品级,给出了含淤浆量不同的磷酸所需的最低P2O5质量分率。
The possibility of comprehensive utilization of phosphoric acid slurry to produce MAP was discussed. The slurry containing phosphoric acid produced by Hongfu Phosphate Mine was introduced. The theoretical and experimental values of the composition of MAP were compared with that of MAP national standard. MAP is entirely possible. And pointed out: should pay attention to select the appropriate ratio of phosphoric acid and slurry, according to the production of MAP grade, given the slurry containing different phosphoric acid minimum required P2O5 mass fraction.
