目的探讨西宁地区婴幼儿重症肺炎左、右心室收缩功能变化特点。方法应用超声心动图测量29例高原婴幼儿临床诊断为肺炎合并心力衰竭的左、右心室收缩功能各参数,并与40例西宁地区健康婴幼儿的各参数进行比较。结果患儿组右心室射血分数(RVEF)及肺动脉最大血流速度(Vpa)降低;左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)、左心室后壁增厚率(TF)及主动脉最大血流速度(Vao)无明显变化,左室周边平均缩短速度心率较正值(mVcfc)增高。结论高海拔婴幼儿重症肺炎超声心动图心室收缩功能变化表现为右心室收缩功能异常,不存在左心室收缩功能衰竭。
Objective To explore the characteristics of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in infants with severe pneumonia in Xining area. Methods Echocardiography was used to measure the parameters of left and right ventricular systolic function in 29 cases of infantile infants with pneumonia complicated with heart failure. The parameters were compared with those of 40 healthy infants in Xining. Results The RVEF and Vpa of the pulmonary artery in children were decreased. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), cardiac index (CI), left ventricular thickening rate (TF) Arterial maximum blood flow velocity (Vao) no significant change in the left ventricular circumference of the average shortening rate of heart rate than the positive (mVcfc) increased. Conclusion High-altitude infants with severe pneumonia echocardiography showed changes in ventricular systolic function of right ventricular systolic dysfunction, there is no left ventricular systolic dysfunction.
